Authorised Products: We exclusively support repair services for official products purchased from Singapore authorised dealers. Any servicing and costs of repairs needed for products not fitting these criteria will be the responsibility of the product owner.
International Repairs: If you choose to service your product purchased from another country, please be informed that all repair and related costs will be your responsibility.
Repair Lead Time: Please be advised that the lead time for major product repairs is estimated to be up to four weeks or longer, commencing from the date of receipt of the defective product.
Associated Costs: Applicable repair and parts costs will be charged as per the terms outlined in your product warranty information. We kindly direct all customers to refer to the brand/product warranty Terms and Conditions for detailed information.
Inspection Fee: For units that are out of warranty or not covered under warranty, an inspection fee will be incurred by the customer.
Non-Proceeding with Repair: In instances where customers decide against proceeding with the proposed repair, an inspection cost will still be applicable.
Product Collection Post-Notification: Products must be collected within one month following the notification of repair completion. Post this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the products as deemed appropriate, with no resultant liability.
Deposits: In instances where the estimated cost for repairs and/or inspection exceeds $600, a payment deposit of 50% is necessary to initiate the repair and/or inspection process.
Cles Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the final right of interpretation for the above service policy.
