1-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing FBTECH. By registering your product, you agree to the following terms and conditions of our 1-year limited warranty provided by Cles Distribution Pte Ltd.

1. Coverage Details

1.1. Warranty Period:
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.

1.2. Scope of Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

1.3. Remedies:
Should a fault arise, defective parts will be repaired or replaced. Alternatively, at FBTech’s discretion, the entire product may be replaced.

2. Exclusions

2.1. Misuse and Accidents:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents (including impacts, exposure to liquids, or other abnormal conditions) is not covered.

2.2. Unauthorised Modifications:
The warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorised parties.

2.3. Improper Use or Installation:
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to adhere to the instructions in the user manual is excluded.

2.4. Cosmetic Damage:
Normal wear and tear, including scratches or scuffs on cosmetic surfaces, is not covered.

2.5. Loss or Theft:
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage due to factors outside manufacturing defects.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

3.1. Registration Requirement:
Register your FBTECH product within 30 days of purchase using the official warranty registration page.

3.2. Proof of Purchase:
Please retain your original purchase receipt or invoice, as this will be required to process any warranty claim.

3.3. Service Centre:
All claims must be made at the authorised FBTECH Service Centre operated by Cles Distribution Pte Ltd.

3.4. Claim Process:

4. Additional Information

4.1. Authorised Purchase:
This warranty applies only to FBTECH products purchased from authorised retailers or distributors.

4.2. Warranty Non-Extension:
Repairs or replacements provided under this warranty do not extend the original 1-year warranty period.

4.3. Data and Service Limitations:
FBTECH and Cles Distribution Pte Ltd are not responsible for any incidental loss of data or other issues during the repair or replacement process.

4.4. Out-of-Scope Services:
Any repair or service work conducted outside the scope of this warranty may incur charges, which will be communicated before any work is carried out.

4.5. Non-Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing LENTHEM Dry Cabinets. By registering your product, you agree to the following terms and conditions of our 5-year limited warranty provided by Cles Distribution Pte Ltd.

1. Coverage Details

1.1. Warranty Period:

The warranty period is 5 years from the date of purchase and includes the following components:

• Dehumidifier module, power adapter, and LED digital controller are covered under warranty for 5 years.

1.2. Scope of Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

1.3. Remedies:

Should a defect arise, defective parts will be repaired or replaced. Alternatively, at LENTHEM’s discretion, the entire product may be replaced.

2. Exclusions

2.1. Misuse and Accidents:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents (including dropping, crushing, or exposure to liquids), or environmental factors (such as extreme humidity or improper ventilation) is not covered.

2.2. Unauthorized Modifications:

The warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized parties.

2.3. Improper Installation and Power Issues:

• Warranty will be voided if the dry cabinet is placed in an enclosed space with no airflow or ventilation or if incorrect humidity settings cause the dry cabinet to overwork.
• Damage caused by improper installation, power surges, or failure to follow the provided user manual is excluded.
• Defects or damage due to the wrong usage of electrical supply or voltage are not covered.

2.4. Cosmetic Damage:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, faded finishes, corrosion, rusting, or stains, is not covered.

2.5. Unauthorized Purchases:

Warranty will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Products purchased from non-authorized dealers or without proof of an official invoice.
• Damage caused by inappropriate maintenance or improper usage.

2.6. Loss or Theft:

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or incidental damage not directly related to manufacturing defects.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

3.1. Registration Requirement:

3.2. Proof of Purchase:

During the warranty period, please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. This will be required when processing any warranty claim.

5. Important Notes Before Use

• Placement & Ventilation: Keep the cabinet away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and heat sources. Maintain at least 5 inches of space between the cabinet and the back wall for proper ventilation.
• Initial Setup: Before first use, remove all masking tape from the interior and adjust shelves to the desired height.
• Heavy Objects: Do not place heavy objects on top of the cabinet.
• Temperature Monitoring: The internal temperature of the cabinet cannot be controlled. The digital reading only monitors the internal temperature.
• First-Time Use: When using the cabinet for the first time (or after a prolonged period of inactivity), allow it to run for 8 hours or more without any items inside to help it reach optimal humidity levels faster.
• Dehumidification Considerations:
  • Ensure the cabinet door is sealed tightly for the best dehumidification results.
  • It is normal for humidity levels to rise when opening the cabinet door to place or remove items.
  • Dehumidification time depends on ambient humidity, the humidity of the stored items, and the set humidity level.
