Urban Jungle #TamronUrbanJungle2024
- Description: Capture the harmonious blend of nature and city life, whether in Singapore or other countries. Showcase scenes where urban environments meet natural landscapes, creating a unique urban jungle.
People and Moment #TamronPeopleMoment2024
- Description: Snap candid shots of people enjoying various festivals and events. Whether in Singapore or elsewhere, capture the essence of joyful interactions and cultural celebrations.

Winners Selection and Notification
Winners will be notified via direct message from the official @Tamron_Singapore Instagram account. Results will also be publicly announced on Tamron Singapore’s official social media pages. If contact details are available, winners may receive email confirmation with instructions on how to claim their prizes.
Who Can Enter?
- The contest is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore residents.
- Open to Interchangeable Lens Cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless) of any mount. No mobile photography images/photos.
How to Participate
- Submission Limit: You can submit a maximum of five photographs for each theme.
- Posting: Post each picture as a separate post. Do not stack multiple images in one post, even if they are of the same theme.
- Participation: You can choose to participate in either one theme or both themes.
- Tags and Hashtags:
- Tag @Tamron_Singapore on Instagram.
- Use the hashtags:
- For Urban Jungle: #TamronUrbanJungle2024
- For People and Moment: #TamronPeopleMoment2024
- Only one theme per photo.
- Caption Requirements:
- Specify the camera and lens used for the photograph in the caption.
- Entries must be recent and taken in 2024.
- Profile Visibility: Ensure your Instagram profile is public so we can access your posts.
- Photo Authenticity: Winners will be required to submit raw-format images with metadata for verification.
- Last submission (posting) date: 30th Sep 2024.
Judging Process
- Initial Screening: Entries are reviewed for adherence to submission guidelines, including the correct use of hashtags and mention of camera and lens.
- Technical Quality: Judges evaluate technical aspects such as clarity, focus, lighting, and composition.
- Creativity and Originality: Judges look for unique perspectives and original concepts.
- Relevance to Theme: Photos are assessed based on their alignment with the contest theme.
- Public Engagement: Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments) may be considered.
- Final Deliberation: Judges convene to discuss and decide on the winners based on accumulated scores and observations.
